Domestic Deliveries

^{For all orders within Pakistan, we offer free shipping.}

^{An estimated Delivery Time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.}

 Note:  

^{Customers within Pakistan can expect to receive their orders within 4 to 6 days.}

^{Prices are inclusive of all local taxes.}       

^{Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.}

^{We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or on nationally observed holidays.}

International Deliveries

^{We will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order at the time of placing the order you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates. For International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased. To reflect the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.}

 Note:  

^{International customers can expect to receive their orders within 2 weeks. For Custom Made order time will be mentioned on confirmation of order.}
